Misleading advertising, Musely advertises their one-time The Spot Peel for $17 all over the internet. Yet when you go to purchase it, a one-time use price is $141.00.
The customer support will not honor their advertised price, saying the price is broken down in a 6-month window, as they would like you to purchase this product every 6 months. Let me reiterate that this is a one-time use product. This is what they said after I brought this one-time use/6-month payment scheme to their attention: The Spot Peel is a single-use, one-day peel. The $99 bottle is intended for one treatment.
After you apply it, we recommend discarding any remaining medication (it isn't meant to be saved for multiple peels). The support staff would not tell me who I could talk to about the issue and defended the company's choice to mislead its clients.
This is wrong. I'm obviously no longer giving my dollars to a company that so blatantly aims to mislead.

Unauthorized charging my card

I saw their ads before in regards of dark spot and Malama cream. I only placed one order and Ive been messaging them that it doesnt work first order.
They already charged me the same order twice on my card the same date I have emailed them on that text message them but no respond and I had I have been receiving charges on my card every month. They charging my card and I have texted them to stop. There is no way for this company to call them. They wont respond.
Dont call then respond an email at all, but that is scamming my bank. They charged my bank an authorized. I did not give any permission for them to continuously charging my card when I told them the first product and only product I have for them except one came in today after many months off billing my bank. I need every refund from this company because I dont think theyre legit because you cannot contact them.
you cannot get no help. They will respond to your text when they charge your card so I need all the refund of all the money you took away from my bank. I only in the beginning you wanna charge my card twice the very first time I ordered you charged my card twice with one product and every month youve been charging it and finally theres another product came into the after almost a year now youve been charging my card. I need you to refund me all of those or give me a call as soon as possible.

They have no phone number to call they have nobody to help. They just want you directly go to the website, which is not helpful at all.

I was double charged on my last order, and there is no customer support, which is very disappointing because I love Musely products.

Preferred solution: Either the treatment that I paid for or a refund. I was supposed to pay 90 for a 3 months treatment and I paid 198.00 which means I paid for 6 months and only received 3 moths worth.

- I tried to cancel a subscription for 8 months.
- Granddaughter used an old Visa card to stop charges.
- Three treatments failed and $1000 was lost.
I have tried for the last 8 months to cancel my "treatment" subscription. I used their online service as well as trying to call them, and it took my granddaughter coming to put an old empty visa card as my payment method to be able to at least get them to stop charging me.
Between the 3 "treatments" that didn't work I lost over $1000. How is this even legal???
